Bethney Bonilla-Herrera is a research analyst at the UC Davis Center for Healthcare Policy and Research, where she is involved in various health services research studies. Her current projects focus on health policy, telemedicine, chronic pain, mental health, and social determinants of health. She provides project management, conducts qualitative interviews, fosters community engagement in research, performs literature reviews, and analyzes data.

Prior to joining CHPR, she worked as an investigative journalist. She earned her M.A. in Data Journalism from Stanford University.
