Meghan Weyrich is the project manager for AHRQ’s Patient Safety Network and the site project manager for a CMS Measure Instrument Development and Support that focuses on developing indicators for patient safety in CMS hospital-level quality improvement programs. She also serves on CHBRP’s medical effectiveness and public health teams.

She received her MPH at the Boston University School of Public Health.
