Katrine Padilla is a project policy analyst with the UC Davis Center for Healthcare Policy and Research, where she provides project management and performs literature reviews to support projects on healthcare quality measures, neck pain, and mental health access. She is also the project coordinator for the California State Policy Evidence Consortium (CalSPEC), which responds to state legislative committee requests for non-partisan, evidence-based reports about committee topics of interest. Ms. Padilla is a member of CHBRP's public health impact team. 

Ms. Padilla earned her MPP from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
