Jacqueline is a Senior Research Analyst at the University of California, San Francisco, where she conducts health policy and health services research within the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies and Healthforce Center at UCSF. Her research focuses on health workforce policy and program evaluation. She has expertise in mixed-methods research and evidence synthesis, with a particular emphasis on qualitative data collection and analysis.

As a member of CHBRP’s Medical Effectiveness team, Jacqueline critically appraises, synthesizes, and communicates research evidence to inform analyses of proposed California health insurance benefit mandates. Her CHBRP work has addressed a broad range of health policy topics, including HIV prevention, maternal health, comprehensive medication management, and adverse childhood experiences.

Prior to joining UCSF in 2016, Jacqueline managed the quality improvement department of a family medicine practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

She holds a B.A. in Communications; Spanish; and Science, Technology, Medicine, & Society from the University of Michigan.
